Introduction

Welcome to PteroControl! PteroControl is a Discord bot that allows you to control your panels running Pterodactyl or Pelican directly from Discord. By using PteroControl, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

User Requirements

To use PteroControl, you must provide a valid panel URL and API key from your Pterodactyl or Pelican panel. These credentials are required to enable the bot to interact with your servers. If you provide an API key with admin access, the bot will also be able to interact with admin-level functionalities of your panel.

Data Collection

PteroControl collects the following information from users:

• Panel URL: The URL of your Pterodactyl or Pelican panel.

• API Key: The API key associated with your panel account.

This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the bot's services and enabling it to control your servers and perform admin-level functions if such access is provided. We do not share this information with third parties.

Prohibited Uses

When using PteroControl, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Selling accounts or access to the bot.

• Using the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfering with or disrupting the bot's operation or servers connected to the bot.

Liability

PteroControl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the bot will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Users are solely responsible for any damages caused to their Pterodactyl or Pelican panels through the use of PteroControl, especially when admin-level access is provided. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bot, except where such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website or through the bot. Your continued use of PteroControl after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
